Deposits
Every hunt that is booked through Shell Valley Outfitters will require a $1000 Non-refundable Deposit (per hunter), except in the case of subsequent death or incapacitating illness/injury of client prior to hunt. Remaining balance of hunt must be paid in full 30-days before the scheduled hunt date, or cash/cashier's check upon arrival. Shell Valley Outfitters will be responsible for notifying clients of license draw results to avoid any potential miscommunication regarding refund/booking dates. If client does not draw the tag for the booked hunt, then refund of the deposit will be granted with a grace period of 30- days after draw results are posted.
